Push 92 - Calido EP

Push 92 – Calido EP (Colour In Music Records)

The Calido EP by Push 92 is packed with four fresh tunes that really fit the intensity of Spring 2018 and marks Colour In Musics 29th release.

‘Birds’ is a wonderfully catchy neo-balearic track that pairs a soothing piano melody, synth steel drums and tropical soundscapes with a punchy house groove; Ibiza vibes guaranteed!

The Original of ‘Calido’ is similarly tropical, yet more laid back and bleary eyed. A chugging, percussion driven beat lays the foundation for a set of thick synth chords amidst lusty female spoken words.

Colour In Music regular Chris Wayfarers remix of ‘Calido’ is more forward and club oriented in its simplicity, adding dubby stabs and off kilter marimba melodies yet retaining the general mood of the original.

The Meek remix of ‘Calido’ strips the original down to the bare essentials, opting for a truly minimalist beat, filtered bits of the original chords and vox popping up now and then.

Urumusicart - End Of Freedom Pt. 1

Urumusicart – End Of Freedom Pt. 1 (Shamkara Records)

‘UruMusicArt’ presents ‘End Of Freedom’ a track with a pure deephouse style.

Sue and Uru have a strong and personal sound. With this original they manage to create a very distinct bass lines, deftly combining strings and melodies to take you inside his hypnotic journey.

Their synthesizer sounds are really good and simple from the good vibrations that their music emanates. We hope that ‘End of Freedom ‘transport you beyond your thoughts.

This Part is accompanied by remixes of Club Squisito and Ivan Fabra.

Tidy Daps - Give ME Hope

Tidy Daps – Give ME Hope (Oh So Coy Records)

Our favourite Poles are back. Tidy Daps offer a superb new original “Give Me Hope.”
Big drums and sharp synths form the backbone to this heavy hitting slice of house topped with a sweet female vocal. On remix duties we have a darker groove from Tony S and a more garage-y take by The Same Old Souls.

Ioan - Sunset At Benirras

Ioan – Sunset At Benirras (Sunclock Records)

The new Sunclock release is from Ioan, an English origins dj/producer with a musical taste of a particular afro house root. “Sunset At Benirras” is a very special Afro-deep production. The groove in 4/4 well-marked and accompanied by an interesting bass and a tour of ethnic choirs. The central break is very deep and suggestive. The dub version is focused more on rhythm and on rebounding percussion. The chill out version is extremely classy, with a gentle and expertly designed rhythm. A great start package for Ioan.

Traxsource Release: 12th July 2018
Worldwide Release: 26th July 2018 Do not lose it.
