The 6th and final offering from riccicomoto’s landmark album ‘Huge Distances’ on Ready Mix Records boasts brand new remixes from Chris Zippel and Hausi.

Featuring haunting live piano by Gustavo Varela, ‘The Inner Perception’ is a reflective, atmospheric downtempo gem taken from riccicomoto’s 2021 LP ‘Huge Distances’.

Music industry stalwart Chris Zippel is known as a musical ‘Swiss Army Knife’, both in his hometown of Berlin and his adopted home of Ibiza, collaborating with such diverse names as the Pet Shop Boys, Steve Lawler and José Padilla over a long and varied musical career. Zippel’s version of ‘The Inner Perception’ slowly builds up a supple Deep House groove around the track’s haunting piano chords, taking its sweet time to lift off into the stratosphere, with soaring pads and synth arpeggios.

‘Thoughts In Reverse’ takes a smooth, dub-influenced journey, with warm live bass, hypnotic percussion and an utterly enthralling arrangement.

Hailing from the North Sea island of Norderney, Hausi is another music industry veteran, with stints as a promoter, label owner and DJ, both in Hamburg and Berlin. His re-imagining of ‘Thoughts In Reverse’ rolls beautifully, with lively Latin-inspired percussion propelling layered chords into a swirling, whirling groove, sure to satisfy even the most discerning of House-heads.

Ronin is back on CUE. With Sentiment, the two guys from Belgium deliver their usual groovy and driving sound collages. The remix to Sentiment comes from Vernon Bara and gives the original a little more drive.

Momo khani – Raghse Baran (Be Adult Music)

Momo Khani with his track, Raghse Baran (Rain Dance), takes us on a journey to ancient Persia. An emotional trip defined by its origins, and influenced by the producer’s predilection for the use of analog sounds.

The rich pad of Juno 60, a warm oriental lead with a 1978 Korg MS20 and ARP 2600 arpeggio are combined with organic grooves and soft strings, which turn this track into a day dream experience where knobs and faders dance in harmony together.

As a cherry on the top Raghse Baran will be included with the remix of the Teheran based duo “HAFT”.

Ridney, Inner Spirit & Michael Sebastian – White Isle Memories (Front of House Recordings)

The Balearic sounds of “White Isle Memories” lands on Paharas Musica from Ridney, Inner Spirit and Michael Sebastian.

A collaborative process which through restrictions, encouraged a free flowing and dynamic work flow, bringing together Sebastian’s guitar and vocal improvisations, and a deep, emotive approach to the production from Ridney and Richard Earnshaw’s Inner Spirit.

Rubinskee – Two Do EP (Colour In Music)

After his debut at our family with an amazing remix for Amarno’s ‘Like Butterflies’, Rubinskee presents us with a 4 quality track EP ‘Two Do’.

‘Two Do ‘ opens the recipe.
Analog sound war touch can be heard. Tight and complex drum programing creates the tension and builds up team with a strong square bassline.
Chopped robotic voices, melodramatic chords and melodies easy coming and easy going, minimal glitches slowly gettin the trip. All this makes you fall into electronic music goodness.

Amarno is in charge of the ‘Two Do’ remix.
He picks the original steams to deliver a deep tech signature twist.
Balanced sub bassline, harps and synths that come in a progressive way, making the version a dancefloor filler for sure.

‘Approach & Identify’ – the second original brings more exquiste vibes for you.
The track intros with strong percussion, making a smooth tombs game as it developes. Luxuous pads and harmonies. Sexy female vocal givin’ that sweet summer touch.
During de sequence the variation at instruments and notes is abundant, but never losing the original main presence. Deep House at its finest!

Last but not least, Don Alex Albert closes the EP remixing ‘Approach & Identify ‘.
A more dub and acid track, focused on the original, but driven for raver’s vibe.
