Rockin Moroccin – Sol Du Afrika (Get Physical Music)

Get Physical Music welcomes back Rockin Moroccin with his powerful new single ‘Sol Du Afrika’. Following his debut on the label in 2022 with ‘You Got The Love’, his biggest track to date, now boasting more than 29 million Spotify streams, Rockin Moroccin returns with an original that pays tribute to the Afro House sound that has taken the world by storm.

‘Sol Du Afrika’ is both a celebration and a homage to the genre. Built on layers of vocal samples that function as rhythm and harmony, the track unfolds like a jam session in motion. Tribal percussion drives the groove forward, while choir-like phrases rise and evolve over hypnotic synth textures, creating a deep, rolling momentum that continues to expand with each minute. The result is a track that feels both timeless and contemporary, rich in spirit and club-ready energy.

Rockin Moroccin has established himself as a chart-topping DJ, producer, and label owner whose signature blend of melodic and organic house has resonated with audiences worldwide. From topping Beatport with standout productions, to igniting global dancefloors at iconic venues such as Amnesia and Blue Marlin Ibiza, his reputation has grown as one of the scene’s most exciting and forward-thinking artists. His vibrant sets and releases have connected him with legends such as &Me, Rampa, Adam Port, Damian Lazarus, and Guy Gerber, further cementing his position as a figurehead for emotive, groove-driven electronic music.

With ‘Sol Du Afrika’, Rockin Moroccin channels his Moroccan heritage and deep passion for Afro-rooted sounds into a track that honours the cultural foundation of Afro House, while pushing it forward with his unmistakable touch. It’s an anthem crafted for the dancefloor and a reminder of his evolving artistry.

BLAUMUSIC

Booka Shade – Right Now & Electric Birds (Blaufield Music)

Following on from the first set of reinterpretations earlier this year, iconic electronic duo Booka Shade return to their latest album project ‘For Real’ with a fresh dose of remixes via their Blaufield Music imprint. Marking the beginning of a second wave of reworks, the package features two standout reimaginings: Chi Thanh’s take on ‘Right Now (P.I.N. 4)’ featuring JOPLYN, and Sentre’s remix of ‘Electric Birds’.

A long-time fixture within Berlin’s electronic scene and a key Blaufield regular over the years, Chi Thanh steps up with a vibrant, melodic rework of ‘Right Now (P.I.N. 4)’. Adding a unique personal connection to the project, he reframes the single’s vocal heart with deep, modern textures and driving club energy, with his remix bringing a special family link to one of the LP’s defining tracks. On the flip, UK duo Sentre turn their attention to ‘Electric Birds’. Originally an album-only cut that has since become the most-streamed track from ‘For Real’, their remix pushes the song into sleek, late-night territory, combining detailed production with a hypnotic groove and subtle off-kilter elements.

The drop also signals the start of a new run of remixes set to accompany Booka Shade’s return to headline club stages this autumn, extending the album’s impact with bold and diverse perspectives from across the global electronic community.

Booka Shade ‘Right Now/Electric Birds’ (Chi Thanh & Sentre Remixes) drops via Blaufield Music on 12th September 2025.

Helsloot & mOat feat Pete Josef – Guard Your Joy (Get Physical Music)

Get Physical Music announces a new edition of its iconic Body Language series with Volume 27, curated by Dutch producer Helsloot. Launched in the early 2000s, Body Language began as an influential DJ mix series, showcasing underground trends and forward-thinking club sounds. Over time, it has evolved into an artist-driven concept album, with past editions curated by Dixon, DJ Hell, WhoMadeWho, Francesco Tristano, Monkey Safari, Yulia Niko, and label founders Booka Shade, DJ T., and M.A.N.D.Y.

Now stepping into the role of curator for Volume 27, Helsloot brings his melodic, vocal-driven sound to the forefront. Known for his global breakthrough with Tinlicker on “Because You Move Me”, Helsloot has since built a reputation through releases on Anjunadeep, Domino, This Never Happened, and Get Physical.

Following the singles “Be Strong” and “We Get High”, the journey continues with the heartfelt “Guard Your Joy”, a collaboration with mOat and featuring the sublime vocals of Pete Josef. Built on a flowing rhythm and airy groove, the track carries a warm bass melody beneath Josef’s soulful delivery. The arrangement evolves with effortless precision, creating a blend of intimacy and dancefloor energy that highlights the strengths of each collaborator.

The song itself began in a traditional way, with guitar and notepad, giving it a raw, organic foundation. Lyrically, it reflects on relationships and loss, asking what remains after everything is said and done — and what is truly worth protecting. The answer, as Josef delivers with warmth and sincerity, lies in joy and friendship. This emotional depth resonates throughout the production, making “Guard Your Joy” both a deeply personal song and a timeless dancefloor anthem.

mOat, a collective of three producer/DJs with a rich discography, bring their distinctive touch—already championed by artists such as Solomun, Keinemusik, Damian Lazarus, LP Giobbi, Patrick Topping, and Hot Since 82. With acclaimed releases on Diynamic, Aus, Love Attack, and Armada, their contribution adds depth and richness to the single. Meanwhile, Pete Josef’s celestial voice and life-affirming lyrics lift the track even higher. A celebrated singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter, Josef has built a reputation through his solo work and collaborations across electronic music, bringing an unmistakable emotional weight to every project he touches.

“Guard Your Joy” offers yet another compelling glimpse into what Body Language Vol. 27 has in store, balancing classic house elements with modern textures and heartfelt songwriting. It’s a radiant and timeless piece that reaffirms the series’ enduring spirit while pushing it into new territory.
