Oceanvs Orientalis & Ilhan Ersahin – Revenge Of The Wankers (Kindisch Music)

Kindisch revisits one of the most beloved cornerstones in its catalogue with a brand new remix of ‘Revenge Of The Wankers’ by Oceanvs Orientalis and Ilhan Ersahin. Originally introduced in 2015 on Bedouin’s Kindisch Stories compilation and later re-issued as a standalone single in 2022, the track has long held a special place in the label’s history as a defining release.

The original production became an instant classic through its striking blend of organic percussio and the unmistakable warmth of Ilhan Ersahin’s saxophone work. With additional brass and string textures woven throughout, it captured a hypnotic atmosphere that still feels timeless today.

Now, acclaimed Montreal-based artist Kora offers a fresh perspective for 2026. His remix preserves the soul of the original instrumentation, from saxophone lines to cinematic strings, but introduces a more driving and club-focused groove. Moving at a slightly faster pace, Kora layers in his own signature rhythm and energy, transforming the track into an uplifting new interpretation designed for modern dancefloors.

Kora, the musical project of Québec-born producer and live performer Mikael B. Robillard, has become known for bridging electronic music with deeply human storytelling. His work has appeared on prestigious imprints such as Bedrock Records, Decca, Kindisch, Anjunadeep, and Sol Selectas. His remixes for artists ranging from Ludovico Einaudi to Poranguí have showcased his ability to merge acoustic beauty with electronic depth.

A familiar name to Kindisch listeners, Kora previously made a strong mark on the label with his celebrated release ‘Nuit d’Afrique’ alongside Wuachuma. Beyond the studio, his live performances integrate flutes, keys, and percussion into hypnotic electronic grooves, resonating with audiences across more than 30 countries.

With this remix, Kindisch invites listeners to reconnect with a legendary release through the modern, melodic lens of one of today’s most respected organic electronic artists.

Ready Mix Records rolls confidently into its 295th release, welcoming Argentine talent Juan Domecq for a classy label debut that hits right where late-night deep music should. With prior outings on respected imprints such as BeKool, The Purr, Music With Emotions, Suprematic, and Songuara, Domecq arrives in top form, delivering a rich single titled ‘Sherbert Look.’

The Original Mix is a lush, slow-burning journey built for reflective moments and long after-hours sessions. Warm, melodic synths float effortlessly over a tight, organic groove, creating a sense of movement without ever forcing it. Everything here breathes, from the clean, spacious production to the subtle low-end pressure that quietly drives the track forward. It’s the kind of deep house cut that unfolds patiently, pulling you further in with every bar, oozing understated power and refined musicality.

Remix duties are handled by a trio of Ready Mix’ veterans, each bringing their own signature touch to the table.

Ilias Katelanos steps up and absolutely owns his version, delivering a super-dope remix that feels both spacious and laser-focused. Injecting his own melodic language and dialing up the rhythmic energy, Ilias lifts the track into a more dancefloor-friendly zone without sacrificing depth. It’s a masterfully balanced rework, emotive, driving, and classy.
